As we all know, the last loud trend in the AI area has become Chat GPT - the chatbox was created by OpenAI, it is used to generate responses to data entered by users. The first release date came out in November 2022.

The suspension of GPT in Italy is expected to last until creators comply with EU data protection laws, but it doesn't stop there. The chat functionality should be used by people over 13 years of age, but GPT does not control it in any way. OpenAI now has 20 days to respond and state what measures it is taking to address the concerns of the Italian authorities. If it fails to do so, the company faces a fine of up to €20 million or 4% of its annual worldwide revenue.
