The bigest struggles

Have you ever wondered what problems tech companies are facing with? Our work, like any other, meets many adversities on the way.

We struggle with, for example:

Buying up employees. With the increasing number of projects and the growing number of Clients, we often encounter employee buying-ups. There will always be a more interesting project or a Company that will be able to offer a higher rate. How we can deal with it? We cannot avoid it completely, but we can expand our base every day and create a relationship with Candidates so that they don’t want to leave. Get to know the needs, talk and most of all, have the approach that there is also a human on the other side.

„We only want experienced ones”. Most Companies hire on projects Experts with experience. Consequently, Programmers with less knowledge have problems finding a job. The advantage of employing a Junior is the possibility of educating a given employee for the company's needs, transferring knowledge, being the base in the experience of a young Programmer.

Most of the Programmers are Men. With the course of recent events (pandemic, war in Ukraine), many people have decided to change the industry. More and more Women have tried their hand at IT. That is amazing! Personally, working as a Woman in the IT industry, I will be happy to place Ladies on incomming projects. Do not be afraid, apply! 😊
