The biggest IT trends

The trends that have developed recently are surprising, areas that we would not have thought would develop so strongly. In the face of the Corona Virus, the whole world paused for a moment, everyone held their breath, but not the IT industry. It is safe to say that it got wings even more.

What areas of IT gone up?

Certainly Development and Operation. The role for DevOps positions has recently become very popular. Every company use cloud solutions, and who gonna integrates and maintains it? None other than DevOps Engineer. The role was created in 2009 as a result of a combination of development and operation areas. Currently, there are cloud solutions on the market in AWS, Azure and GCP, as well as more and more private clouds.

Data analysis in times of pandemic, the need to read and analyze data in real time has grown enormously. Proper verification, protection and use of analytical knowledge are essential for any business. By taking advantage of the above, companies are able to make better, faster and more prosperous decisions that allow them to remain competitive in the marketplace.

Cybersecurity. With the outbreak of the war in Ukraine, hacker attempts at break-in increased several times. Recently I heard an interesting statement: "Cybersecurity is a constant fight, someone trains in this area, but on the other side they also train to break in". Recently, companies have become more aware of the protection of their data. More security, more guidelines, more requirements. Okay, let's not get it on the other side, let's strengthen the network.

Artificial Intelligence has become crucial in the face of the pandemic. Artificial intelligence has not been a developing IT trend since yesterday, but intelligent machines and self-learning algorithms have made the fight against Covid easier. We will observe the development of this area with curiosity, perhaps it will save our lives more than once.
